Whiz FTP

A lot of computer users create FTP servers for different reasons. Some people do it to share some interesting files with their friends.

Others use it for coordinating serious work projects and sharing necessary data. In both cases it is very important to have an effective FTP client that will manage downloading and uploading required data from/to an FTP server quickly.

Whiz FTP is a perfect candidate for becoming such a tool. Its main advantage is its extremely simple interface. It makes this application very easy to use for both advanced professionals and simple home users. To upload required files to an FTP server you need only to drag the files from Windows Explorer into the application’s window; and the other way round, to download files from the server you should drag them from the application's window to Windows Explorer.

But the first thing you should do is create a new FTP connection by defining the server label, host name, login and password if necessary. You can create a list of such available connections to quickly establish them whenever needed. Whiz FTP also has a CHMOD tool for defining access rights for the data stored on a FTP server.
